The 2022 Australia-China Science and Innovation Forum, an online event to be hosted on 22 & 23 July, will highlight Australian and Chinese innovations in biomedical research and commercialisation. It is an opportunity for delegates to create and develop a unique and enduring collaborative platform, furthering the translation of cutting-edge healthcare research and development to benefit Australia, China, and the rest of the globe.

The 2-day program includes separate sessions on different biomedical topics – antimicrobials with a focus on novel anti-infectives and superbugs, genetic screening systems, cancer and immunity and innovative therapies for cancer and immune disorders, computational biomedical research, and regenerative medicine. Each session will be chaired by five internationally respected key opinion leaders experienced in their respective fields.

Keynote presentations and special session speakers from leading Chinese and Australian universities will round out an extraordinary program, showcasing joint research and collaboration opportunities from both countries.

Proudly co-organised by CCRM Australia and Monash University, this Forum will also announce details of a new research initiative, the Monash Suzhou Medical Research Institute, established to provide a platform to identify and progress joint collaborative efforts in medical research.
